Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of every garment crafted at Zashpal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund process is smooth and transparent.

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse by emailing support@zashpal.com or messaging our WhatsApp helpline (+91 87972 24226). Full refund is initiated immediately.

2. Return Refunds via Razorpay

Returned items received back at our facility are inspected within 24 hours. Once verified, refunds are released back to the original source (Bank / Card / UPI via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
