Return Eligibility Guidelines
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags, barcodes, and packaging must be intact.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear and customized/altered items are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Simply email our support desk at support@zashpal.com or WhatsApp us at +91 87972 24226 with your Order ID and photo of the item.
Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and passes quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund is credited within 5–7 business days directly to the original payment source via Razorpay. For COD orders, refund is issued via instant UPI or NEFT bank transfer.
